  • Day One

    THIS IS THE MOMENT

    Guests arrive in Hoedspruit, where transfers bring you to the spectacular Kapama Private Game Reserve.

    Set along the banks of the Kapama River and surrounded by the sounds of the wild, the lodge provides an extraordinary setting to begin our adventure.

    That afternoon, we head out on our first game drive — a private guided safari through the Kapama Reserve, bringing you face to face with Africa's majestic beasts.

    Tonight, we gather for our welcome dinner under the African sky, and the first performance of the event begins.

  • Day Two

    CIRCLE OF LIFE

    Long before sunrise, a gentle knock at your door signals the start of something special. Step outside, and follow the soft lantern light to where coffee, rusks, and the first sounds of the waking bush await you. As dawn breaks across the reserve, we climb into the game drive vehicle and head out into the wilderness. The early light is extraordinary.

    The bush, unhurried and alive. Kapama is big five territory.

    Back at the lodge, brunch is a shared affair with conversation flowing as freely as the food. And as the African sun climbs higher, we move out onto the open deck for a one-of-a-kind Q&A — candid, unique, and set against a backdrop that no theateR could ever match.

    The afternoon offers time to relax, and recharge, before we head out for an evening game drive and an intimate performance with the African wilderness as the backdrop.

  • Day Three

    IN THE ROOM WHERE IT HAPPENS

    A full day woven between the wild - on stage and off.

    A morning drive brings fresh encounters with wildlife as the reserve reveals its ever-changing character — no two mornings in the bush are ever quite the same.

    In the afternoon, we come together for a celebration of musical theatre royalty - as they pull back the curtain behind their storied careers. This is a front row seat like no other. And as the day cools, a carefully curated sundowner spread appears as if from nowhere: charcuterie, artisan cheeses, and chilled glasses raised to another extraordinary day.

    The magic is not over as a long, candlelit dinner under the stars, awaits, filled with special surprises.

  • Day Four

    THE MUSIC OF THE NIGHT

    Our final full day in the bush, and the one that lingers longest in the memory. You notice things you might have missed before.

    Back at the lodge, the day slows beautifully. A leisurely breakfast. Time to sit with the bush, with your thoughts, and with the people this retreat has brought into your life. The afternoon is yours - to gather everything these four days have stirred in you, and let it settle.

    Then, as darkness falls and the African night comes alive around us, something extraordinary begins. Torches flicker. The air is warm and thick with possibility. And one by one, the sounds of the bush give way to something even more breathtaking - music, voices, and performance pouring out beneath a sky full of stars. Our farewell dinner is a feast in every sense. Gourmet dishes. Flowing wine. And a closing performance that weaves together everything this journey has been - the wildlife, the wonder, the friendships formed, and the music of the night that has soundtracked it all.

    ONE MORE DAY

    We rise once more before dawn for a last sunrise game drive - the reserve saving its own kind of farewell for those willing to greet it early. The morning light falls differently today.

    Guests depart Kapama, carrying memories of five extraordinary days - where the magic of musical theater met the majesty of the African wilderness.
